Conceived by Redman and a few friends back in 1991, Targa caters to motorsports enthusiasts who want to get on track with their cars, but not necessarily race them. It’s now one of the oldest private track day clubs in North America, and is open to both classic road and race cars, as well as their modern counterparts.
Targa entrants get ample track time -- complete with full safety crews and corner workers -- with cars assigned to one of three groups based on each driver’s skill level and car performance. Drivers can change run groups if needed throughout the weekend.
For the health and safety of all involved, this year’s Targa will not be open to spectators.
