Homestead retains NASCAR finale for 2027

Homestead-Miami Speedway will remain the NASCAR championship host in 2027.

All three national series champions will be crowned in South Florida the weekend of Nov. 12-14. The track is set to return as the finale weekend this year, Nov. 8, after a six-year absence when the event was moved to Phoenix Raceway.

Additionally, a $20 million renovation project focused on upgrades and remodeling around the facility will debut this fall. It will include a new primary gate entrance, renovation of the Ally Champions Club, an expanded fan zone footprint, and operational improvements.

“Homestead-Miami Speedway has a rich history of delivering some of the most memorable championship moments in our sport, and this investment will ensure the venue is positioned for its next era of championship racing,” said Ben Kennedy, Chief Operating Officer, NASCAR.

“As we continue with our NASCAR Championship rotating model, it is important that our marquee facilities continue to innovate and provide best-in-class experiences for our fans. These enhancements will elevate the fan experience while reinforcing Homestead-Miami Speedway’s status as a championship-caliber destination.”
