RACER's World Cup of Liveries, IndyCar edition: The winner
The Marlboro-draped 1993 Team Penske PC-22 has won the IndyCar edition of RACER's World Cup of liveries.
Over four rounds of reader voting, the Marlboro Penske's look defeated Jim Clark's 1965 Indy-winning Lotus 38, the Quaker State Holbert Racing March driven by Teo Fabi in 1989, and Al Unser Jr's fabled "Johnny Lightning" livery from 1970 to earn its place in the final, where it defeated the iconic Pennzoil Chaparral 2K.
It was close though, with just 34 votes separating the two finalists at the end.
As a quick victory lap, here's a look at some other examples from Team Penske's Marlboro era. And thank you to everyone who voted!
