The Great Race with Toyota and RACER: Day 2
To celebrate 50 years of the Corolla, RACER has teamed up with Toyota to compete in the 2016 Hemmings Great Race with a first-generation 1970 Corolla sedan. The driver is 13-time X Games BMX Vert gold medal winner and SCORE Baja 1000 class winner Jamie Bestwick, and the navigator is RACER's editor-in-chief Laurence Foster. Joining them on Day 2, from Sacramento, Calif. To Reno, Nevada, was snowboarder and 2014 Paralympic medalist Amy Purdy.
