FV8 3.5: Series tweaks 2016 calendar

The Formula V8 3.5 series has switched its last two rounds for 2016, with Barcelona now taking the season finale slot in November.

Citing operational reasons, championship organisers have swapped the dates for the Jerez and Barcelona rounds, with the former now taking the penultimate slot on the calendar, which was previously occupied by the current Spanish Grand Prix host venue.

It means the Jerez round will now take place on October 29-30, while Barcelona will host the finale on November 5-6.

During the series' time as Formula Renault 3.5, Barcelona hosted the season finale seven times, while Jerez took that slot for the most recent two campaigns.
