Lifeline Fire & Safety Systems enters U.S. market

Lifeline Fire & Safety Systems has announced that a new facility has been set up to cater for the North American market.

The new entity, called Lifeline USA, has been set up in partnership with racer, team owner and founder of BimmerWorld, James Clay. Lifeline USA will be based in Dublin, Va., and will distribute, service and re-fill the entire range of Lifeline fire suppression systems, giving the North American market unrivaled access to Lifeline's service and maintenance expertise.

In addition to the entire fire suppression systems range, Lifeline USA will also offer Lifeline's ranges of quick releases, rain lights and mirrors. Initially, Lifeline USA will focus on the road racing market, but development plans for dedicated circle track and drag racing SFI systems are already underway and will be on offer in the future.

"I am very proud to set up Lifeline USA," said Clay. "It is an honor to be working with a fantastic company like Lifeline, to be able to bring a superior product line to the American market. I am very much looking forward to bringing the existing Lifeline products to the market, as well as developing brand-new, U.S. racing series-focused ranges."

Jim Morris, Managing Director for Lifeline, added: "James not only has a very good understanding of the needs of the racer when choosing fire suppression equipment, he also has great expertise in distribution, so we are delighted to have him on board for Lifeline USA."

Lifeline USA will be at the Performance Racing Industry Show in Indianapolis, December 10-12, on stand No. 4043.
