F1: Force India given go-ahead to run
The Force India Formula 1 team has modified its rear suspension following Sergio Perez's crash in Friday practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix on Friday and ran in pre-qualifying practice without incident.
Perez suffered a right-rear wishbone failure when he ran out over the curbs at Turn 11, which then pitched him into the barrier before rebounding and rolling after the right-front wheel folded under the front of the car.

, Force India found the fault, reinforced the wishbone and is confident enough to run the cars after carrying out load testing on the component. It is understood the wishbone has been used all season and the part in question was of higher mileage but still in usable condition.Perez, who walked away from the incident without injury, and Hulkenberg both missed second practice on Friday as a precaution while investigations were carried out.
