Arrow McLaren assigns Dixon, Rosenqvist car numbers for 2027 IndyCar season

Arrow McLaren will place the inbound Scott Dixon in the No. 6 Chevrolet formerly driven by Nolan Siegel (main image) for the 2027 IndyCar season, while the returning Felix Rosenqvist will reclaim the No. 7 entry – recently vacated by Christian Lundgaard – that he drove during his first stint with the team.

Pato O’Ward, driver of the No. 5 Chevy since 2020, will continue to use the same number, albeit with a new number and logo font unveiled by McLaren Racing on Tuesday. Sporting director Ryan Hunter-Reay will hold onto the No. 31 for his participation with the team at the Indianapolis 500.

"We're excited to begin our next chapter in 2027,” said Arrow McLaren team principal Tony Kanaan.

“This team has continued to raise the bar year after year, and with Pato, Scott, Felix and Ryan in the cockpit, we believe we have the tools to achieve our goals."
