MSR bringing Grateful Dead look to Portland

Meyer Shank Racing is headed to Oregon with a new livery for Felix Rosenqvist’s No. 60 Honda featuring a return of the Grateful Dead.

Rosenqvist will have the ‘Dead back for this weekend’s OnlyBulls Grand Prix of Portland, which reunites the team with the legendary rock band after the No. 60 car was adorned with a full tie-die livery last year at Portland and Laguna Seca.

The new design centers on “The Days Between,” which is the name of the band’s channel on SiriusXM and takes after the annual celebration of the late band leader Jerry Garcia between Aug. 1 and his passing on Aug. 9.
