Meyer Shank’s Ozzy Osbourne car returns for Mid-Ohio

Meyer Shank Racing’s SiriusXM Ozzy Osbourne livery made its debut last year at Mid-Ohio’s Honda Indy 200 race with a black and purple wrap, and it’s back for the Ohio state team’s return to its home race with a few new twists.

The purple has been traded on Felix Rosenqvist’s No. 60 MSR Honda for orangish-red fire and the sidepods feature ‘"OZZY" in large script as a tribute to the frontman for Black Sabbath and his own band who died in July of 2025, just weeks after the car promoting his Ozzy’s Boneyard channel on SiriusXM was unveiled.

The new livery also includes Osbourne’s longtime guitarist Zakk Wylde and his band, Black Label Society.

”Last year’s Ozzy design was incredibly well-received, and it’s cool to have it back with another twist this season for the Mid-Ohio race,” Rosenqvist said. ”On the sporting side of things, I have high hopes of continuing our recent strong form. Mid-Ohio is one of my favorite tracks. It’s the site of my first-ever IndyCar test, and it’s also where I had my first podium in the series back in 2019. I’m thrilled to be back.”
