Meyer Shank confirms Castroneves return for Indy 500

It wasn’t a question of whether four-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves would return and race at this year’s 500, but the Meyer Shank Racing team and the energetic Brazilian confirmed the continuation of his "Drive For 5" with the No. 06 Honda sponsored by Cliffs steel.

“The drive for five is still alive, that's right,” Castroneves said. “We're gonna come back this year for the Indy 500 again with the 06 Honda Cliffs machine, and we're going to be ready for in the 500.”

Castroneves won his fourth Indy 500 on debut for the team in 2021 and will have the support of teammates Felix Rosenqvist and Marcus Armstrong in MSR’s three-car program.
