Kurt Busch tops second Pocono practice
Kurt Busch paced final practice at Pocono Raceway with a lap of 172.712 mph. The Chip Ganassi Racing driver was the only one to hit 172 mph in the session.
Second fastest was Brad Keselowski at 171.798 mph with Kyle Larson, Busch’s teammate, third quick at 171.612 mph. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was fourth fastest at 171.018 mph and Kyle Busch rounded out the top five at 170.849 mph.
Completing the top 10 was Clint Bowyer at 170.781 mph, Kevin Harvick at 170.710 mph, Erik Jones at 170.687 mph, William Byron at 170.639 mph, and Martin Truex Jr. at 170.602 mph.
The 50-minute final practice session had no incidents.
Matt DiBenedetto was one of four drivers who did not participate in final practice.
