Bertil Roos Racing School is coming back to the legendary Lime Rock Park for a second straight year.

Bertil Roos Racing School, the nation’s leading school for high-quality, European-style road racing, made its debut at the historic road course in 2018. After the tremendous success of that first year, Bertil Roos is offering a three-day road racing school in its Formula F-2000 cars April 8-10, a practice session April 9 and a half-day adventure program April 11.

It offers drivers the chance to experience the thrill of the Uphill, the Downhill, West Bend and other iconic corners of the historic Lakeville, Connecticut track.

No matter your experience level or ambition; Bertil Roos Racing School has a program for you. BRRS is offering 3-day, 2-day advanced, half-day and 1-day programs at this incredible venue August 12-15, 2019. Professional instructors will steer you along as you learn the intricate art of motor racing in the Formula R/T-2000 cars that were originally built for this circuit.

Lime Rock is 1.50 miles of up-hill and down dale, a track that looks deceivingly simple but is immensely challenging to drive quickly. Its setting is a village in Connecticut’s Litchfield County, renowned for its vast historical, cultural and recreational resources. Lime Rock’s history is inextricably entwined with that of sports car racing.

Many of the sport’s greats like Mario Andretti, Dan Gurney, Parnelli Jones and Mark Donohue raced here. Lime Rock Park has hosted such events as the industry-changing Formula Libre race, Can-Am, Formula 5000, Trans-Am and Atlantic as well as the Camel GTP and ALMS championships.

Over the last 25 years, Lime Rock has seen everything from the technologically advanced IMSA prototypes to ground-pounding NASCAR stock cars and modifieds.

Defending NASCAR champion Joey Logano and Daytona 500 champion Austin Dillon have competed at the legendary track, along with current IndyCar stars like 2016 series champion Simon Pagenaud and 2016 Indianapolis 500 champion Alexander Rossi.

Noted actors and racers Tom Cruise and Paul Newman, who famously won the SCCA race at Lime Rock in 1996, are other alumni at the nation’s oldest continually operating road course.
