B. Force, Hamilton, Newgarden, Truex nominees for racing ESPY awards

ESPN has revealed the nominees for this year's ESPY awards, which are selected via fan vote.

In the "Best Driver" category, the nominees are, in alphabetical order: NHRA Top Fuel champion Brittany Force, Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton, Verizon IndyCar Series champion Josef Newgarden and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Martin Truex Jr.

The results of the fan voting will be announced at a special awards show on July 18 at 8 p.m. ET hosted by recently retired IndyCar and NASCAR racer Danica Patrick, which will air live on ESPN.
