SRO becomes majority stakeholder of PWC, WC Vision

SRO Motorsports Group announced Friday that it is incorporating WC Vision LLC and the Pirelli World Challenge into their organization, further strengthening SRO Motorsports Group's efforts to provide a global GT racing platform to drivers, teams and manufacturers.

The North American leadership and series management will not change, while Bob Woodhouse, Peter Cunningham, Jim Haughey and Greg Gill will remain as members of the board.

"This addition was the final piece in our plan to provide global GT racing to our drivers, teams and manufacturers around the world. Our next step will be to meet with our PWC paddock members and discuss the future together."
