VIDEO: Robin Miller with Tony Elliott Award at PRI

Tony Elliott, one of the country's top short-track sprint car drivers for two decades who died in an airplane crash in 2015, will have his legacy represented again in next month's Chili Bowl.

World of Outlaw regular David Gravel has been awarded the Elliott scholarship and a ride in the annual midget race in Tulsa, Okla. from Jan. 10-14.

Gravel scored nine wins and finished third in the 2016 WoO points and this will be his third start at the Chili Bowl, where he will be assisted by USAC veteran Tracy Hines.
