This 1990 Ferrari F40 is one of the lowest mileage examples in existence - with only 557 original miles on the odometer - and is one of just 213 imported into the U.S. market. The stunning machine was formerly owned by the late Carl Haas, an American racing icon who co-owned the fabulously successful Newman-Haas Racing Indy Car team with actor Paul Newman.
The F40 shares a significant chapter in the legacy of Enzo Ferrari and his legendary car company: the name F40 pays homage to the 40th anniversary of Ferrari's company and it would be the very last model that Enzo himself would personally approve and actively oversee with its design and construction. At the 1987 F40 introduction, Enzo Ferrari took center stage and stated, "I expressed to my engineers. Build a car to be the best in the world. And now the car is here."
