SKIP BARBER: School extends partnership with IMSA Properties

Skip Barber Racing School is excited to announce a continued multi-year partnership agreement with IMSA Properties. With the announcement, Skip Barber Racing School will continue to be headquartered at Road Atlanta through 2020, and establish Central Learning Centers at both Road Atlanta and Sebring International Raceway.

Skip Barber Racing School will continue to deliver a broad range of racing, driving and high performance programs at Sebring International Raceway and Road Atlanta. The two tracks will be cornerstones of the Skip Barber Racing School year around schedule until at least 2020.

The alliance promises to continue creating valuable experiences for motorsports enthusiasts at two of the most iconic tracks in the country.

"We are proud to continue a longstanding partnership with Skip Barber Racing School at both Sebring International Raceway and Road Atlanta," said Rick Humphrey, vice president of IMSA Properties. "Skip Barber Racing School has represented excellence in training aspiring racers for decades, and through this renewed partnership, the opportunity exists for a new generation to experience our world-class facilities."

"We're thrilled to announce our continued presence at these historic facilities" said Michael Culver, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Skip Barber Racing School. "The contract will allow our two organizations to provide exceptional on-track excitement for the thousands of powerful automotive influencers that participate in Skip Barber Racing School programs each year."

The announcement comes days before the beginning of the 2016 Skip Barber Championship Series. The series kick-off will be at Road Atlanta on May 19-20, 2016 and will welcome a new chapter in training champions. With racers coming from around the world including Australia, Mexico and the United States, the competition level will be top-notch.
