F1: Button opens poll to pick 2016 helmet
McLaren Formula 1 driver Jenson Button has invited fans to help him select his helmet design for the 2016 season.
With in-season helmet changes banned 12 months ago, F1 drivers are limited to a single core design for the full campaign.
On his Twitter account
, the 2009 world champion is conducting a poll to select between two designs from his time with McLaren.The first is his 2013 lid, built around the colors of the Union Jack, while his 2015 layout is predominantly red and white.
Voting closes on Thursday afternoon.
