PWC: New TC Porsche entry for Redlin
Karting veteran Jordan Redlin has announced plans to move up to the Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car class in 2016, having concluded a multi-year co-primary sponsorship agreement with endurance sports nutrition company Hammer Nutrition. Redlin, 18, from Langley, British Columbia, also has support from Fikse Wheels and plans to compete with Team Outlier in a Porsche Cayman.
The Canadian teen moves to cars after competing in SKUSA, ROK Cup and Rotax Gold Cup karting events.
"I'm beyond proud and very excited to be sponsored by Hammer Nutrition," Jordan said. "I'm really looking forward to racing in the Porsche and expanding my career outside of karting. Hammer has been very supportive of me and my career, and I'm very thankful they see my talent and are a part of it. It's a perfect fit, too, because I use Hammer products and they truly offer the best sports and nutrition products on the market, Hammer products make me a stronger competitor and a faster driver."
To activate the deal, Hammer Nutrition is offering a discount on all first orders by using the RACE90 code at www.hammernutrition.com.
"Hammer Nutrition is excited to partner with Jordan Redlin for the 2016 season," said Brian Frank, Hammer Nutrition CEO. "Jordan's dedication to the sport, together with his use of Hammer fuels and fueling strategies, will give him a big advantage over the competition. We look forward to great things from Jordan, and we're proud to have him represent the Hammer brand. It's a win-win all around."
