IndyCar: Lexar colors for Karam in Texas

Another new Chip Ganassi Racing color scheme will debut this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. Rookie driver Sage Karam will sport the colors of Lexar in Saturday night's Firestone 600.

As an extension of a longstanding partnership with CGRT, Lexar products continue to help CGRT enhance the way drivers and engineers gather data from the racecars. The team uses Lexar SD cards in on-board cameras that are mounted in the roll hoop of their Verizon IndyCar Series cars, as well as in cameras mounted above the pit stands to track pit stops by the crew. In addition, Lexar USB devices are used between the pit stand on pit lane and the engineering rooms on the transporters to transfer data.

Meanwhile, the team also announced a partnership with 360fly, the category creator in 360-degree digital video products, on its two entries in Global Rallycross. 360fly will be the primary partner on the team's No. 38 Ford Fiesta for the doubleheader in Daytona on June 20-21 as well as the race in Washington, D.C. on Aug. 15 with Jeff Ward behind the wheel.

In addition, 360fly will be the primary partner on Steve Arpin's No. 00 Ford Fiesta for the 2015 X-Games June 4-7 and subsequent to that will remain as an associate partner on the car for the remainder of the GRC season.
