With the launch of the 2015 World Endurance Championship this weekend at Silverstone, we thought it would be appropriate for Throwback Thursday to to recall a bygone era of international sports car racing – the Group C cars of what was then called the Sports Prototype World Championship. Enjoy this look at the 1990 Silverstone round of the series, populated by the likes of Sauber-Mercedes "Silver Arrows" and Tom Walkinshaw Racing's Jaguars.
