Dalziel Leads Third Prototype Practice In HPD ARX-03b/Honda

Ryan Dalziel ran the fastest Prototype lap in Saturday morning’s third TUDOR United SportsCar Championship practice at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, while Dirk Mueller and Kevin Estre posted the fastest laps of the weekend in the respective GT Le Mans (GTLM) and GT Daytona (GTD) classes.

Dalziel ran a lap of 1:09.996 in the No. 1 Extreme Speed Motorsports Tequila Patrón HPD ARX-03b/Honda co-driven by Scott Sharp. Gustavo Yacaman’s lap of 1:09.853 (126.729 mph) set in the Friday afternoon session in the No. 42 OAK Racing Morgan/Nissan remains the fastest lap of the weekend.Mueller led the GTLM class with a lap of 1:15.270 in the No. 56 BMW Team RLL BMW Z4 GTE co-driven by John Edwards, while Kevin Estre’s lap of 1:19.033 in the No. 73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche 911 GT America co-driven by Patrick Lindsey was fastest in GTD.Qualifying begins Saturday afternoon at 5:20 p.m. ET, and will be streamed live on IMSA.com.Sunday’s two-hour, 45-minute race takes the green flag at 2:05 p.m. (Live, FOX Sports 1, 2 p.m. ET).
