Pirelli World Challenge Round 1 canceled due to bad weather

Round 1 of the Cadillac Grand Prix of St. Petersburg brought to you by StopTech, has been canceled due to inclement weather and limited available remaining track time.

For Sunday's Pirelli World Challenge Championships race, qualifying times from Saturday will stand and provide the starting grid for a standing start, with Thomas Enge starting from pole (pictured). Only single event points will be awarded. No points will be awarded for the race not run, other than standard qualifying points.

Sunday's 50-minute race is set to begin at 11:25 a.m. EDT, with the live stream on www.world-challengetv.com beginning at 11:10 a.m. EDT.
