"RUSH" makes noise with Lauda appearance at Golden Globes-1588

It didn't win either of the Best Supporting Actor or Best Drama awards it was up for, but RUSH still got some noteworthy moments during the Golden Globes Awards show on Sunday night in Hollywood.

F1 world champion Niki Lauda made a special guest appearance with Chris Hemsworth, who plays James Hunt in Ron Howard's film, and made a dramatic gesture by revealing his bald pate (ABOVE).

"RUSH is a totally accurate and honest movie about when James Hunt and I pushed ourselves to the absolute limit, where there was no margin for error, or you end up looking like this..." said lauda, removing his trademark baseball cap."

RUSH, which has earned more than $90 million at the box office since its late-September release, was beaten out by 12 Years a Slave in the Best Motion Picture, Drama category, while Daniel Bruhl, who was up for the Best supporting actor Golden Globe, was thwarted by Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club).
