Razia joins Sebring Indy Lights test
Luiz Razia will have his first taste of an Indy Lights car this week when he joins the multiple championship-winning Schmidt Peterson Motorsports for a two-day test at Sebring.
The Brazilian is scheduled to run alongside Briton Jack Harvey and Juan Piedrahita in Schmidt cars at the test, which starts on Tuesday. A total of 12 drivers have been confirmed for the test, including British Formula Renault 2.0 racer Raoul Owens with Team Moore Racing.
Razia spent 2013 racing in the International GT Open series after his deal to drive for Marussia in Formula 1 fell apart during pre-season testing due to budget problems, leading to the team choosing Ferrari protege Jules Bianchi instead.
Prior to that, Razia spent four years racing in GP2, culminating in a title push in 2012 where he finished runner-up to Davide Valsecchi.
