Edward Jones signs on as first primary sponsor of Dixon's Arrow McLaren entry

The first sponsor for Scott Dixon’s No. 6 Arrow McLaren Chevy has been announced, with the signing of financial services company Edward Jones.

Named as the new 'Private Wealth Management Partner' across McLaren Racing’s Formula 1 and IndyCar programs, Edward Jones will dress Dixon’s Indianapolis 500 entry as the primary sponsor of the six-time champion’s car, along with unspecified additional races as the primary backer.

“We have a shared commitment toward preparation and continuous improvement through a people-first culture, making this partnership a natural fit.”

Dixon spent the 2018 season with Edward Jones at his former Chip Ganassi Racing team, but it wasn’t through a business relationship. It came in the form of a driver – the 2016 Indy Lights champion Ed Jones – who drove the No. 10 Honda and placed 13th in the championship during his lone season with the team. At Arrow McLaren, Dixon will have Pato O’Ward and Felix Rosenqvist as his teammates.
