NHRA Great Lakes Nationals postponed to Monday at U.S. 131 Motorsports Park

Due to persistent rain and falling temperatures on Sunday at U.S. 131 Motorsports Park, eliminations for the inaugural Dodge NHRA Great Lakes Nationals presented by MOPAR have been postponed to Monday.

The first round of eliminations are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. ET, starting with Top Fuel and Funny Car, and followed by Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle.

Gates will open at 8:30 a.m. on Monday at U.S. 131 Motorsports Park.

All Sunday ticket holders can attend on Monday with a valid Sunday ticket. If fans can’t attend on Monday, Sunday ticket holders will be eligible for a full credit for the same day of racing during the 2027 event at U.S. 131 Motorsports Park.

Tickets will also be on sale at the gates on Monday. Children 12 and under are free in general admission areas with the purchase of an adult ticket.

Monday’s eliminations will be broadcast live on FS2 from 3-6 p.m. ET, with an additional airing on FS1 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. ET.

The final round in Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Sportsman will take place on Monday. The finals in Top Alcohol Funny Car will take place in Dallas next month.

Doug Kalitta (Top Fuel), Matt Hartford (Pro Stock) and Ryan Oehler (Pro Stock Motorcycle) are the No. 1 qualifiers heading into Monday’s eliminations. It is the 15th of 20 races during the 2026 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season and the first of six races in the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.
