Rugged Ensenada course awaits Baja 400 contenders

Qualifying is live now for the 7th SCORE Baja 400, Round 3 of the 2026 SCORE World Desert Championship. Coverage of qualifying and Saturday’s race airs live on RACER Network and the RACER+ App.

With classes for Pro and Sportsman cars, trucks, UTVs, motorcycles and quads, the elapsed-time race will start at 5:00am PT (8:00am ET) on Saturday for motorcycle/quad classes followed by the start of car/truck/UTV classes at 10:00PT/1pm ET on Saturday. The competitors will be tackling a technical, rugged race course of 423.16 miles around the northern part of the majestic Baja California peninsula. In the first six years of the SCORE Baja 400 there have been only three drivers who have won overall – veteran SCORE Trophy Truck drivers Ryan Arciero, Bryce Menzies and Alan Ampudia.

While the fastest finishers are expected to complete the challenging course in approximately eight hours, all vehicles will have a 16-hour time limit from the time each starts to become an official finisher in this spectacular elapsed-time racing extravaganza.

Qualifying coverage of the Baja 400 airs Thursday, Sept. 9, from 11:00am-3pm ET on RACER Network and the RACER+ App. Race coverage starts at 12pm ET Saturday, Sept. 12 and runs through 10pm ET, again on both RACER Network and RACER+.
