McLaren Trophy America reveals 2027 schedule

McLaren Trophy America has confirmed its 2027 calendar with a five-event, 10-race calendar that will see the IMSA-sanctioned championship staged alongside Formula 1, IndyCar, IMSA and FIA World Endurance Championship weekends, reinforcing the series’ position as a premier class one-make racing championship and providing competitors with the opportunity to race at world-class venues in front of major motorsport audiences.

The season will begin at Barber Motorsports Park, where McLaren Trophy America will join the IndyCar race weekend for the opening two rounds. Form there the series will join F1 at the Miami Grand Prix. Rounds five and six will take place at Watkins Glen International with IMSA, before the championship returns to VIRginia International Raceway. The season will then conclude on another major international stage at Circuit of The Americas alongside the FIA WEC.
