The 12 toughest hours in sports car racing? Dane Cameron talks Sebring
Daytona’s twice-around-the-clock Rolex 24 is the longest race on the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship calendar, but the toughest – no argument – is the Twelve Hours of Sebring. It might be only half the length of Daytona, but Sebring International Raceway’s bumpy concrete runways and the central Florida heat make this a real survival test for cars and drivers. Five-time IMSA champion Dane Cameron joins RACER Weekly to talk about Sebring’s unique challenge and the gloves-off intensity that takes hold when the sun goes down. Plus, as the defending IMSA P2 class champ targets another title, Dane talks teammates, traffic and future goals.
