IndyCar moves Arlington start up by one hour
The IndyCar Series has shifted the start of Sunday’s Java House Grand Prix of Arlington from 1:00pm ET to 12:00pm ET (11:00am local) in an effort to avoid the arrival of high winds in the region. FOX will adjust the start of its network broadcast accordingly and go live at 11:30am ET.
Marcus Ericsson starts on pole position for the 70-lap contest around the 2.7-mile, 14-turn street course. Further changes to Sunday’s schedule for the event’s support races, and IndyCar’s pre-race warmup session, are also expected to be announced.
