Bennett rounds out van der Steur Racing's Rolex 24 lineup

The 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona grid is one step closer to completion after van der Steur Racing (VDSR) announced Carl Bennett as its fourth driver for the No. 19 Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo.

The Thai-American driver is best known for his brief stint driving for Isotta Fraschini in the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship. In five races behind the wheel of the short-lived Tipo 6-C, Bennett and his co-drivers recorded a best finish of 14th at that year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Since Isotta Fraschini withdrew from the series in August 2024, Bennett has competed in the Asian Le Mans Series’ GT class for Ferrari customer teams such as Absolute Racing and AF Corse.

He also finished second in the 2025 International GT Open championship as co-driver to Tomasso Mosca, who’ll also be making his IMSA debut for AF Corse at Daytona.

Bennett joins the already-announced VDSR trio of Rory van der Steur, Valentin Hasse-Clot, and Sébastien Baud, who’ll contest the five-race Michelin Endurance Cup in 2026. The team will announce its driver line-up for the remaining sprint rounds at a later date.
