McLaughlin joins DXDT Daytona line-up

IndyCar star Scott McLaughlin is the headline attraction announced as part of DXDT Racing’s GTD line-up for the upcoming Rolex 24 At Daytona. The Team Penske regular will share driving duties in the No. 36 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R with returning DXDT drivers Salih Yoluç and Charlie Eastwood, along with another newcomer to the team, Mason Filippi.

McLaughlin drove the Corvette Z06 GT3.R for the first time in last year’s Rolex 24 (pictured above), where he was part of the all-star Trackhouse by TF Sport effort that also featured NASCAR Cup Series drivers Shane van Gisbergen and Connor Zilisch. The three-time Supercars champion also finished third in the Intercontinental GT Challenge Suzuka 1000km, driving a similar Z06 GT3.R with Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports factory drivers Alexander Sims and Nicky Catsburg.

Yoluç and Corvette Racing factory driver Eastwood formed part of DXDT’s Michelin Endurance Cup line-up last season, recording a best finish of seventh at Petit Le Mans in October. The team’s best finish of 2025 came at CTMP, where Robert Wickens and Alec Udell finished fourth.

Filippi, a three-time IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge TCR championship runner-up, joins DXDT full-time after making his GTD debut with Gradient Racing in their Ford Mustang GT3; he finished 10th at Petit Le Mans in just his second start with the team.
