Meyer Shank's longest-serving employees are now Rolex owners

Christmas arrived a few days early for Meyer Shank Racing’s most tenured employees.

Team owners Michael Shank and Jim Meyer had a surprise waiting for Darin Pigg (gearbox specialist of 30-plus years), Ralph Lohr (truck driver/logistics of 26 years), Justin Harnisfager (mechanic, crew chief of 20 years), Jason Givens (team manager of 20 years) and Kevin Wimer (graphics department of 20 years) on Friday at the team’s holiday party where they were given Rolex watches as token of appreciation for their decades of dedication to the Ohio-based squad.

"This is something that I've always wanted to do,” Shank said. “It all comes down to what the basis of this team is: treating people well, wanting to come to work every day and loyalty."
