"Maximum Metallica" for MSR, Rosenqvist in Nashville
Meyer Shank Racing’s final SiriusXM custom livery will give fans the fuel, the fire, and the objects which they desire, to paraphrase the Metallica song ‘Fire,’ as a farewell to the IndyCar season.
Saved for Nashville Speedway, the No. 60 MSR Honda’s amazing year of band-inspired wraps on the car driven by Felix Rosenqvist features the legendary metal band after recent liveries celebrated SiriusXM channels for the Grateful Dead and Ozzy Osbourne.

According to the team, the ‘Maximum Metallica’ design is “a celebration of the band’s new year-round SiriusXM channel, inspired by Metallica’s legendary 1984 album, ‘Ride the Lightning.’”
“We’ve had some really successful collaborations with SiriusXM this season, and they’ve truly resonated with the fans,” said MSR co-owner Mike Shank. “It’s been incredible to see the excitement around each new livery and musical tribute. Wrapping up the year with Metallica feels like the perfect encore.”
