Donated Race Car: A Rolling Educational Platform

Bowling Green, OH – A longtime anonymous supporter of the Genius Garage non-profit has donated a Riley MK XXII Daytona Prototype powered by a Dinan-built BMW V10 to teach and inspire students interested in careers in automotive and motorsports engineering.

“This is an outstanding opportunity for our students to learn on modern motorsports equipment,” said Genius Garage founder Casey Putsch. “More importantly, there are not many students whose resumes include hands-on experience with such a technologically sophisticated race car. It will definitely differentiate them from other job applicants and move them to the short stack of potential hires.” Watch the tech review video with Putsch.

The Genius Garage would not exist without the help of people who have seen what is going on, done their research and know what we are doing is real,” Putsch added.
