Preview: Mecum Dec. 5-7 Kansas City Auction

Walworth, WI -- Mecum Auctions revealed a few of the highlights on the 700-car docket for its Dec. 5-7 Kansas City sale, now in its 26th year.

Leading the way is a pair of Ford GTs; one is a 2005 in white with blue stripes, and the other is a 2006 in the iconic and highly desirable Heritage Edition livery.

There’s also a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split Window Coupe with a fuel-injected 327/360 HP engine and a Muncie 4-speed transmission; a similarly equipped 4-speed and fuel-injected 1964 Chevrolet Corvette; and a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible with just 29,000 miles on its original 427/435 L71 engine, the original 15x6 wheels with restored original trim tags, the original Firestone redline tires and also the original hardtop.
