Interview: Garrett Smithley
Garrett Smithley has a dream of being in the NASCAR Hall of Fame and he knows it’ll take hard work to get there. In this week’s podcast episode Smithley talks about his No. 0 JD Motorsports team in the Xfinity Series, and how they are trying to do a lot with a little, getting to run Cup Series races with Spire Motorsports, watching other drivers get an opportunity in great equipment and much more.

Kelly Crandall
Kelly has been on the NASCAR beat full-time since 2013, and joined RACER as chief NASCAR writer in 2017. Her work has also appeared in NASCAR.com, the NASCAR Illustrated magazine, and NBC Sports. A corporate communications graduate from Central Penn College, Crandall is a two-time George Cunningham Writer of the Year recipient from the National Motorsports Press Association.
