Kyle Kaiser will make his second appearance in IMSA’s WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at Long Beach this weekend when he suits up alongside Will Owen in Juncos’s No.50 Cadillac DPi.
“I’m very excited and grateful to be getting back behind the wheel of the No.50 Juncos Racing Cadillac Dpi-V.R at Long Beach,” said Kaiser. “I’m familiar with the circuit and more familiar with the car since doing the Rolex 24. Will and I worked together well at Daytona so I’m confident we’ll be able to put together a strong package for the race.”
Owen finished fifth at Long Beach two years ago, and is looking forward to capitalizing on the experience he has gained since.
“Long Beach is one of the coolest street courses around,” he said. “I am fortunate to have run in the IMSA event here in 2017; it was my first sportscar race and I was totally over my head. The two years of experience I have now will help me attack this course head-on and go for a good result.”
