Joey Logano and Martin Truex Jr. were again the best of the title contenders at Homestead-Miami Speedway, this time in final practice.

Logano was fastest at 171.701mph (31.450sec). Truex ran the second-best lap at 170.584mph. They again were the only title drivers in the top 10 on the speed charts.

Completing the top five were Brad Keselowski (170.428mph), Erik Jones (170.191mph), and Aric Almirola (169.742mph).

Ryan Blaney (169.502mph), polesitter Denny Hamlin (169.444mph), Paul Menard (169.295mph), Daniel Suarez (169.252mph), and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (169.056 mph) were sixth through 10th.

Kyle Busch was 12th fastest in the session at 168.587mph. Busch scrubbed the wall on his final run. Kevin Harvick was 14th at 167.931mph.

There were no incidents in the 50-minute session.

Two drivers had to serve 15-minute practice holds at the end of the session, both for failing pre-qualifying inspection twice — Jamie McMurray and Ross Chastain.
