Kyle Larson led a slew of playoff drivers in the top 10 on the speed charts in the only practice session NASCAR Cup Series teams had Saturday at Dover.
Larson paced the session at 159.011 mph. He was also fastest in the lone Friday practice session at the one-mile facility.
Behind Larson were Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Denny Hamlin and Erik Jones, who were eliminated from the postseason last weekend. The best lap for Hamlin was 157.343 mph. Jones ran a 157.095 best lap.
Completing the top five were Aric Almirola at 156.808 mph and Chase Elliott at 156.556 mph.
The rest of the top 10 on the practice chart were Kurt Busch at 156.522 mph, Clint Bowyer at 156.440 mph, Ryan Blaney at 156.386 mph, defending race winner Kyle Busch at 156.128 mph, and spring winner Kevin Harvick at 155.763 mph.
After rain washed out the morning practice session, NASCAR extended final practice by 30 minutes by moving up its start to 1:00 p.m. ET.
There were no incidents in final practice.
Larson ran the second-most laps in the session at 87. Joey Logano and Jimmie Johnson ran 95.
