Wickens posts new video from rehab

While the full extent of the injuries Robert Wickens suffered in his huge crash at Pocono last month continues to be evaluated, the Canadian is already hard at work on his recovery. Wickens released a new video Friday via Twitter showing him working his legs via a pedaling machine while hooked up to electrodes as part of his physical therapy efforts.

In addition to a spinal injury, Wickens suffered fractures to both legs and his right arm in the crash. His "workout video" is the second Wickens has released from hospital in Indianapolis, following his video message to fans that aired on NBCSN during the Sonoma Verizon IndyCar Series finale.
