Daytona 500 entry list released
The entry list for the 60th running of the Daytona 500 was released by NASCAR on Thursday. With just 40 entries, 36 of which are guaranteed through Charters, the four teams without a Charter – the No.62 Beard Motorsports Chevy (Brendan Gaughan), No.66 Phoenix Air Racing Ford (Mark Thompson), the No.92 RBR Enterprises Ford (David Gilliland) and the No.96 Gaunt Brothers Racing Toyota (D.J. Kennington) will make the race unless another non-Charter team enters.
A BK Racing entry is listed with driver TBA, as the status of the Charter itself is
the subject of a lawsuit
