Toyota unveils 2018/19 LMP1 challenger

Toyota Gazoo Racing has revealed the new look for its TS050 HYBRID which will take part in the 2018/19 FIA WEC 'Super Season.'

The Japanese marque will campaign two refined versions of its 2017 LMP1 car, with a revised livery.

For the upcoming season, in which Toyota is the only remaining LMP1 factory team, it will race with five of its six 2017 drivers, with

Fernando Alonso taking the place of Anthony Davidson

in the No.8 car as the Briton moves into a new role within the team as its reserve and development driver. Alonso will share the No.8 with Sébastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima.
