Michael McDowell will work with crew chief Derrick Finley this season on the No. 34 Front Row Motorsports team.

The team announced Monday that Finley would take over the No. 34 car after spending the 2017 season overseeing the No. 38 group. He has been with Front Row since 2011.

Also announced, McDowell will have sponsorship support in 18 races from Love’s Travel Stops. This season will mark the sixth year Love’s Travel Stops has had a partnership with FRM, and the Daytona 500 on Feb. 18 will be the first race the familiar yellow and red paint scheme makes its 2018 appearance.

McDowell will be a teammate to David Ragan this year. Ragan will be paired with crew chief Seth Barbour and have sponsorship support from Shriners Hospital for Children and 1000Bulbs.com.
