IMSA Statement on Porsche GT3 Incident at Watkins Glen

Due to a multiple car on the second lap of the race, Friday’s combined Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA and Canada race has been abandoned. Efforts will be made to reschedule the race and complete it at another time.

The following drivers have been evaluated and released from the infield care center:

No. 07 – Tim Sanderson

The following drivers have been transported to area hospitals for further evaluation:

No. 01 – Jeff Mosing

No. 83 – Stephen Tullman
