Indy 500 video: 'I'm feeling really confident' - Karam

This will be Sage Karam's fourth Indianapolis 500 and he figures it's about time his result matched his effort.

The 22-year-old native of Nazareth, Pa. impressed everyone by finishing ninth as a rookie in 2014 but last May he charged from 23rd to fourth before tangling with another car and being put in the wall.

Karam has a full-time sports car ride with Lexus but his heart is still in open wheel and he tells RACER that he's here for one reason and that's to make it to Victory Lane.
