Steak 'n Shake back with Rahal IndyCar squad

Steak 'n Shake will continue as a primary sponsor for Graham Rahal at four Verizon IndyCar Series races in 2017. Rahal's No. 15 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Honda will sport the restaurant's livery at four rounds, starting at St. Petersburg and continuing at the 101st Indy 500, his home race at Mid-Ohio and during the series' return to Gateway near St. Louis.

"It's great to have Steak 'n Shake on board for another season," said RLLR team co-owner Bobby Rahal. "Since the beginning of the partnership, it has been a great pleasure working with Sardar Biglari and everyone at Steak 'n Shake. The pride they have in their company and their enthusiasm for Indy car racing is impressive. The fan support also continues to be a source of pride for the team and we can't thank the fans enough for all of the positive reinforcement. We are going to do everything in our power to produce another race-winning season for Steak 'n Shake as well as our other partners."

The founder of Steak 'n Shake and owner of RLLR sponsor Maxim magazine reports the business relationship with the team made it easy to sign on for a new round of funding.

"The partnership with Rahal, Letterman and Lanigan has exceeded all expectations, said Sardar Biglari. "We're excited to support such a legendary team in its efforts for another winning season."

Graham Rahal will once again don the Steak 'n Shake-themed firesuit (pictured) at the four races, complete with faux nametag and apron.
