WRC: Driver auctioning rare trophy to cover Rally Sweden entry fee
Rally driver Louise Cook has placed an historic FIA trophy on ebay to help raise money for her WRC Rally Sweden entry fees after a sponsor dropped out just days before the deadline.
The Brit became the only female ever to win a non-gender FIA rally trophy when she won the FIA Production Car Cup title in the 2WD class in 2012. She needs to raise £8000 ($9800).
"I sadly found out over the past two days that major sponsors have to delay their plans and I now have only four days before my entry fees are due," Cook said. "I am hoping as [the trophy] is the only one in the world, if I can attract the right collector, it may save the day."

. Some of Cook's supporters reacted to the ebay listing by starting a GoFundMe campaign with the hope of raising enough money to buy the trophy back. For more info, please click here.Latest News
